Additionally, most people are likely avoiding regular soda strictly because of the added calories. Because of this, there has been a significant rise in the amount of sparkling or carbonated water. Sugar-free flavored soda water has become a popular drink among many people.
There’s very little debate whether sparkling water is better for your health than regular soda. Humans consume far too much sugar in their diets and eliminating sugar is definitely a good idea where you can.
